PDMdrill (screw drill), is a kind of drilling fluid as the power, the liquid pressure can be converted into mechanical energy positive displacement downhole power drilling tool. When the mud pumped by the mud pump passes through the bypass valve and enters the motor, there is a certain pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the motor, which drives the rotor to rotate around the axis of the stator, and transmits the speed and torque to the bit through the cardigan shaft and the drive shaft, so as to realize the drilling operation.

Magnetic screw drilling tool is mainly composed of four major parts: drive shaft assembly, magnetic motor assembly, titanium alloy cardan shaft assembly and anti-fall assembly. Its structure diagram is shown in the following figure.
3, no magnetic motor composition
It consists of a stator and a rotor. The stator is made of rubber bushing pressed on the wall of the non-magnetic tube. The rubber inner hole is a spiral with certain geometric parameters. The rotor is a non - magnetic screw with hard chrome - plated layer.
